Zinc powder and aluminum powder are the main raw materials. Chromium-free passivating agents, adhesives, functional additives and deionized water are added. This product is mainly used for anti-rust fasteners to replace high-pollution chromium dacromet.

In this project, one-step synthesis of spherical crystalline hydroxyapatite with good crystallinity was carried out by homogeneous coprecipitation method. Compared with commercial HAP, the HAP synthesized by this method has high mechanical strength, high packed column flow velocity and no Agglomeration condensation, high protein adsorption capacity, high purity of the mixed protein separation characteristics. At present, we have synthesized HAP with single phase, good crystallinity and regular morphology. The resulting HAPs are agglomerated into a spheroidal shape by a hexagonal columnar monomer having a length of 1 to 2 microns, a diameter of 200 to 800 nanometers, and an aggregate size of 75 microns or more. The next step is to adjust the particle size and distribution of the HAPs and mass production of the shell as an industrial calcium source. The project participated in the first China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, won the Outstanding Enterprise Award (the top 15 in Shenzhen Division).

This project aims to develop ceramic inks suitable for ceramic inkjet printers. R & D includes the preparation of nano-ceramic pigment, ink compounding and color analysis. Through preliminary research and development, we have completed the preparation of several color pigments such as black, blue, brown and yellow in the laboratory. The size distribution and coloring effect meet the requirements. The nano-pigment complex into paste, its dispersion, suspension stability has basically met the requirements. The next step will be further deployment of its viscosity, surface tension, conductivity and other parameters to meet the printer nozzle requirements.

Hydrophilic Self-Cleaning Film Hydrophilic coating rely on the photocatalytic and super-hydrophilic properties of TiO2 and SiO2. Photocatalytic properties can decompose the organic compounds attached on the glass surface into H2O and CO2. Besides, the super hydrophilic property makes the rainwater wetted on the glass surface to form water film so as to rinse off the dust.
